  2. Detailed description of goods and/or services
    SpeedRx is a business in the medical and pharmaceutical industry that provides online healthcare services.

  3. Delivery policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way digital notification (email) with a tracking number relevant to the courier/shipment company of your choice (made on checkout).

  4. Return and Refunds policy
    The provision of goods and services by SpeedRx is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, SpeedRx will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.
    The return of products are strictly prohibited due to the nature of the product/s, safety concerns.

  5. Customer Privacy policy
    SpeedRx shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be accessed on:

  6. Payment options accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the (Your Company) bank account, the
    details of which will be provided on request.

  7. Card acquiring and security
    Card transactions will be acquired for SpeedRx via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
    Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on
    the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  8. Customer details separate from card details
    Customer details will be stored by (Your Company) separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

  9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
    South African Rand (ZAR).

  10. Responsibility
    SpeedRx takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
    customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

  11. Country of domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and SpeedRx chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature (Company Address) .

  12. Variation
    SpeedRx may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

  15. We may suspend or withdraw our Site
    Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis and is available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our Site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
    You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

  16. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site and purchase any products or medications available via the Site.
    From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our Site, or our entire Site, to users who have registered with us.

  17. Upon dispatch of a package via the courier service from South Africa, the package is considered to have been “shipped and delivered” once in the hands of the courier service. We exert all reasonable efforts to comply with customs regulations; however, the customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the ordered products comply with the laws and customs regulations of the destination jurisdiction.
    In the rare event of a customs seizure, the order will still be considered as “delivered” under our terms. Utilization of our website and services signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions, alongside all other site policies.

  18. If you wish to purchase any products or medications from our Site, you will first have to register. Please ensure that all information you provide on registration is true and accurate, current and complete. If there are any changes to the details supplied to us it is your responsibility to inform us straight away. Changes to your registration details should be made through your account page. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any application to register on our Site for any reason.
  19. This is an online consultation and does not replace a normal physical examination if the need may arise.
  20. Information I provide is true and correct.
  21. Prescribing Dr / dispensing pharmacy can not be held liable for any adverse reactions; complications as a result of using this medication.
  22. No schedule 6 medication will be prescribed.
  23. End client is responsible for customs compliance (ie. 3 month supply limits etc).
  24. Once shipped with courier transaction is deemed complete and that we have fulfilled our full obligation.
  25. SpeedRx is not responsible for destruction or damage to parcels once shipped (we do photograph all packages prior to shipping).
